Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects across digital marketing, e-commerce, and design.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and take proactive steps to resolve issues.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, timelines, meeting notes, and other relevant materials.

  • Ensure all projects align with clients’ business goals and quality standards.

  • Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication between creative, technical, and marketing teams.

  • Assist with post-project evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.
