Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects across digital marketing, e-commerce, and design.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, timelines, meeting notes, and other relevant materials.

Ensure all projects align with clients’ business goals and quality standards.

Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication between creative, technical, and marketing teams.

Assist with post-project evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.
