Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.).

  • Coordinate product uploads, updates, and inventory management across multiple channels.

  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.

  • Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are optimized for search engines and user experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-commerce platforms.

  • Analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, and sales) to identify areas for improvement.

  • Work with customer service to address any order-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices.
